With the growing comfort and adaptation to remote staff, it is another way to take advantage of the growing network and new technology.”

 

Overall, the Extended Team model is often truly comfortable for all parties involved in the process: the team members get used to each other and establish emotional connections with each other, all of which can only benefit the client in the long run. Transparency, flexibility, mutual trust, and valued contribution characterize the entire process.
