Expectations / Duties
- Schedule appointments with business representatives in the transportation industry;
- Provide information to potential clients;
- Keep a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered;
- Conversational, patient, and confident, with a positive attitude.
Skills / Requirements
- English language high proficiency (important);
- Excellent phone etiquette;
- Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail;
- Familiar with technological tools & platforms;
- Customer support experience is a plus.
