Expectations / Duties
- Talks to customers over the email, phone, online chat or social media to resolve their questions or concerns;
- Uploading & arranging files;
- Conversational, patient and confident, with a positive attitude;
- Maintain and update customer information as necessary;
- Track customer related information for reporting purposes;
- Adapt, learn and grow in a fast-paced exciting startup environment.
Skills / Requirements
- English language high proficiency (important);
- Familiar with e-mail, internet browsing, concepts, research;
- Ability to use phone and computer systems;
- Motivation to work in teams with US clients;
- High School Diploma; college degree preferred;
- Customer service experience is a plus.
