Full Time (14:00 to 22:00)

Sonnecto is a tech-driven company specialized in software products and customer solutions. Based in Prishtina, London and New York – our mission is to provide digital solutions and create products for global markets.

Expectations / Duties

  • Talks to customers over the email, phone, online chat or social media to resolve their questions or concerns;
  • Uploading & arranging files;
  • Conversational, patient and confident, with a positive attitude;
  • Maintain and update customer information as necessary;
  • Track customer related information for reporting purposes;
  • Adapt, learn and grow in a fast-paced exciting startup environment.

Skills / Requirements

  • English language high proficiency (important);
  • Familiar with e-mail, internet browsing, concepts, research;
  • Ability to use phone and computer systems;
  • Motivation to work in teams with US clients;
  • High School Diploma; college degree preferred;
  • Customer service experience is a plus.
