Expectations / Duties

  • Call potential clients using a list of phone numbers;
  • Schedule appointments;
  • Keep a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered;
  • Answer calls from potential clients;
  • Maintain and update customer information as necessary;
  • Uploading & arranging files;
  • Conversational, patient, and confident, with a positive attitude.

Skills / Requirements

  • English language high proficiency (important);
  • Familiar with e-mail, internet browsing, concepts, research;
  • Excellent phone etiquette;
  • Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail;
  • Persuasive and results-oriented; 
  • High School Diploma; college degree preferred;
  • Customer support experience is a plus.
