Expectations / Duties

  • Communicate with customers through email, phone, or similar channels to resolve their questions or concerns;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support;
  • Maintain and update customer information as necessary;
  • Keep records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints;
  • Demonstrate the ability to efficiently handle a high volume of calls and/or emails daily;
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.


Skills / Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Support – preferred;
  • English language – medium proficiency;
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Interpersonal and communication skills.
