Expectations / Duties
- Communicate with customers through email, phone, or similar channels to resolve their questions or concerns;
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support;
- Maintain and update customer information as necessary;
- Keep records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints;
- Demonstrate the ability to efficiently handle a high volume of calls and/or emails daily;
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Skills / Requirements
- Experience in Customer Support – preferred;
- English language – medium proficiency;
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
