OPEN POSITION Full Time (partly remote) (6PM to 2AM)

Expectations / Duties

We are looking for a Technical Support Officer who embraces technology and enjoys problem-solving! The role will be responsible for tier 1 support,monitoring and maintaining the systems and networks of our partner client in Los Angeles, US.

 

Skills / Technology / Requirements

● English language medium proficiency (important);
● Good communication skills and friendly demeanor when dealing with clients;
● Self-motivated, highly dependable person that can work unsupervised;
● Solid Hardware/Networking skills including routers, firewalls, VPN, switches,
wireless, active directory, DNS and Group Policies, Terminal Services;
● Desktop support including Mac OS/Windows, hardware, business applications,
email (Office 365, G Suite) and remote printers;
