Sonnecto announces it has been officially certified as compliant to the international ISO standards, namely ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 (Information Security Management System). Along with our teams & partners in Prishtina, London, and New York – we strive to be the leading BPO company in the market and provide the highest quality of service through our dedicated teams in all of our activities – including customer & tech support, programming, bookkeeping, and outsourcing.

As such, Sonnecto is one of the few companies to have been awarded these certifications from PECB MS, globally known as the guardian of international standardization. The ISO 9001:2015 for quality management system confirms that Sonnecto is able to deliver quality services and that Sonnecto’s customers receive consistent services and products held to the highest standard of excellence. Conformity with the standard also ensures that Sonnecto abides to the principles of continuous improvement, strong focus on its customers and partners, and effective problem-solving through its organizational structures and motivated team.

Whereas, the ISO/IEC 27001:2013, is the international standard for information security. It reaffirms Sonnecto’s capabilities and consistency in the implementation of all measures to ensure the safety and security of assets such as financial information, intellectual property, employee details, or information entrusted by third parties such as partners. It is of utmost importance for Sonnecto that all of the IT and non-IT information assets that we handle are security airtight, in the fast-paced and interconnected environment of outsourcing. 

The audit process for these certifications was conducted by PECB Management Systems Inc., a renowned global lead provider of audit and certification services. Sonnecto was thoroughly evaluated in terms of its customer satisfaction and organizational efficiency through an assessment of its processes, resources, assets, and cultural values. Sonnecto also underwent a systematic examination of the organization’s information security risks, such as threats and vulnerabilities, upholding a standard of confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets.
