AmCham established the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Committee

The American Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo held the first meeting of the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Committee.

Committee Members elected Fatos Ameti, CEO of Sonnecto, to serve as chairperson of the BPO Committee for a one-year term. Mr. Ameti has a proven track record of managing complex projects and assembling international teams. He directs all team efforts toward customer and partnership growth and is a proud member and contributor to Forbes Business Council.

Through his leadership role as chairperson of this committee, he and other members will address the specific issues of this sector’s companies while also promoting companies and the entire industry in general.
