The following General Terms and Conditions control the usage of Solutions Connected LLC’s website www.sonnecto.com (“Website”), owned and operated by Solutions Connected LLC, a company incorporated and functioning under the Laws of Republic of Kosovo, with headquarters at Rexhep Mala, No 28, 10 000 Prishtina (“Sonnecto”). These General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy (“General Terms and Conditions”) govern your use of the Website, content, or applications offered and published by Sonnecto and provided to the User (“User” or “You”).

In addition to General Terms and Conditions, the collection and procession of personal data from Users and any other third party, including but not limited to Website, social media pages, emails and others, are governed by Sonnecto’s  Privacy and Data Security Policy (“Privacy Policy” or “Privacy and Data Security Policy”). 

Using the Website and giving any personal data to Sonnecto means that the User acknowledges and agrees in full all the General Terms and Conditions of the Website and Privacy and Data Security Policy. Sonnecto reserves the right, whenever necessary to amend the General Terms and Conditions, Privacy and Data Security Policy as well as any other terms, regulations, guidelines, or alerts. Any changes shall be notified in a timely manner by being updated on the Website.

 

Through this website, Sonnecto provides links to various materials, information, and data made accessible to the User by Sonnecto. Sonnecto shall have the right to change the presentation, layout, and location of the Website, as well as the Content and Terms and Conditions at any time.

The User acknowledges and accepts that the access to the Website and/or the Contents is free and under their sole responsibility. The User agrees to make legal and appropriate use of this Website and its materials, pursuant to the legislation in force.

The use of the Website is free and under the sole responsibility of the user. By accessing the web page, and other affiliated pages, including but not limited to social media pages, you accept all Terms and Conditions of the Website in effect every time the User accesses the Website.
