Sonnecto expands to New York City

The BPO company, focused on customer support and tech solutions has expanded its presence to New York City through its Delaware entity. This is the second pin on the map for the global company, already operating from Prishtina (Kosovo – South Europe HQ).

“The new  location is ideal for faster collaboration between our clients and in-house experts.” says Visar Ramaj, Co-Founder. “Another advantage for me as a managing partner is the proximity to my network from the Georgetown and DC area, as well as colleagues and associates in New York and Boston,” he added.
